There's no written newsletter this week but instead a short video inspired by a Wahed advert I saw in a London tube station two days ago.

I give my perspective on the advert as well as other campaigns from recent years by Islamic Relief, Muzz and National Zakat Foundation. 

My aim here is simply to educate based on my understanding of our responsibility to present our faith as a relevant, compelling and indigenous proposition for those around us. 

Nothing in the video constitutes either approval or disapproval of the products or services of the named organisations.

Nor is it a judgement of anyone's individual intentions.

This is a discussion about our strategy and how we manage public perceptions and attitudes towards us.
